MR. HARPAL SINGH
Chairman

Corporate
He is presently the Mentor & Chairman Emeritus of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. and the Former non-Executive Chairman of Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Ltd., Religare Enterprises Ltd., Religare Technova Ltd. and Super Religare Laboratories Ltd. Mr. Singh is also Chairman of Impact Projects Ltd. and Impact Agencies Ltd. Starting with the TATA Administrative Service, he has had a diverse and wide-ranging experience of over 40 years in the Corporate Sector. He has held senior positions in TATA’s, Hindustan Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra and Shaw Wallace.

Govt. Bodies & Industry Associations
From time to time, Mr. Singh has been a member of several Government Committees and is presently a Member of the Round Table on School Education constituted by the Hon’ble Minister for Human Resource Development, Shri Kapil Sibal. He is also a Member of the Punjab Chief Minister’s Advisory Committee on Industrial Growth and Development of Relevant Infrastructure. He is National Chairman of the CII Committee on Public Health and a Member of the CII National Committee on Healthcare and the National Committee on Primary and Secondary Education and past Chairman of CII Punjab State Council.

NGOs & Public Interest Institutions
Mr. Singh is Chairman of “Save the Children” (Bal Raksha Bharat) and is a Governing Council Member of the Indian Red Cross Society (Delhi Chapter). He is Chairman Trustee of the Chronic Care Foundation. He is also a Board Member of the Durlabji Trust, which runs a large charitable hospital in Jaipur. He is also the Founder Chairman of the ‘Nanhi Chhaan’ Foundation, which is an inspirational initiative in support of the girl child and the environment. Mr. Singh is a Member of the India-UK Round Table and is an invitee speaker in many forums. He has chaired the 2nd and 3rd India Health Summit in New Delhi and was invited to speak at the Royal Institute of Great Britain on Integrating Global Healthcare.

Education
He is an alumnus of The Doon School and is an (Hons.) Graduate in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He has a B.S. in Economics and a Master’s in Public Affairs from the California State University at Hayward (C.S.C.H.), California, and U.S.A.

General
Mr. Singh has been involved in many educational institutions both at the primary and secondary school levels and with University education as well. Mr. Singh serves and has been on the Board of some of the best schools in the country which include The Doon School, The Shriram School, The Scindia School and The Yadavindra Public School.

Mr. Singh is Chairman of the Salwan Schools Trust which runs 11 schools in the National Capital Region. He is also a member of the Punjab Education Board. He is a Member of the Board and of the Executive Committee and a Board Member of the Public Health Foundation of India. Mr. Singh is a Member of the Board of the Baba Farid University of Punjab. He is also a Member of the Board of Advisors of the NIIT University.

WG. CDR. SUKHJIT SINGH
He is an ex-Indian Air Force pilot, having retired in 1985. He has an overall experience of 40 years, comprising flying and administrative experience in the Air Force. He also has 23 years experience in participating in the establishment of the Bajaj dealership at Ludhiana & full-fledged running of the car dealership at Jalandhar; apart from being actively engaged as Director in the Group’s major Infrastructure & Housing initiative. 

MR. KARANJIT SINGH BAJWA
He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, Member of the Institute of Engineers, a Chartered Engineer and a Post Graduate in International Trade from IIFT, Delhi with over 39 years experience in operations and marketing. He was appointed Vice President (International Business) with Best & Crompton, before embarking on the private enterprise of setting up the Impact Group.

MR. DEEPAK NIRULA
Mr. Nirula is on the Board of Directors of Impact Projects Ltd. He has over 30 years experience of Planning, Design and Operations in the Hotel, Food Service & Food Processing Industries in India and USA. He was Managing Director of Nirula's (1976 - 2006) which owns and operates Hotels, Restaurants, Pastry Shops, and Ice Cream Parlours & Food Processing Factories. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hotel & Restaurant Administration) from School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University, and Ithaca New York, USA.

MR. PANKAJ K MALHOTRA

MR. PANKAJ K MALHOTRA
Mr. Malhotra is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Delhi. He Graduated from Shree Ram College of Commerce and has been a Merit Holder throughout his career. He has total experience of 33 years. He has worked in Telco and Hindustan Motors and brings with him a rich experience in Accounts and Financial Management. He is currently the CEO of Impact Projects and has an additional responsibility as the Group CFO for the Impact Group Companies.

MR. AJAY SINGH CHEEMA
Mr. Cheema manages the Group’s Infrastructure & Housing business at Amritsar & Rajgarh (H.P) and is also looking after land acquisition, project execution and day-to-day management of the Amritsar & Rajgarh (H.P) based projects. He has wide-ranging experience, spanning 21 years, in all the Group’s diverse businesses. He has a keen sense of the North Indian realty space and is part of the Senior Strategic Team which drives the groups future growth.

MR. DINESH TANDON
As Resident Director of Impact Projects in Delhi, Mr. Tandon has overall responsibility for operations and execution of projects in coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and other service providers and assisting in strategic planning. He was Executive Director and Chief Executive of Mahindra Infrastructure Developers Ltd., a joint venture of the Mahindra Group with the International Finance Corporation, Washington, DC. Mr. Tandon has also been associated with TERI as a senior advisor on infrastructure related policy issues.

MR. JAIVIR SINGH
He was formerly the Advisor to the Dean at Duke University’s, Fuqua School of Business. Also previously  involved with Fortis Healthcare being responsible for Corporate Marketing and Operations. He is an active participant in the Young Indians Forum of the Confederation of Indian Industry and is the Chair for the Healthcare Committee (Delhi Chapter), apart from being on the Management Committee of the Salwan Public School. Mr. Singh has done his schooling from the Doon School post which he went for further studies in Marketing & Advertising to LCP, London. He has also completed a Summer Course at the London School of Economics in Corporate Finance and Business Analysis.
