Impact Projects Pvt
Ltd, a constituent company of the Group, blazed into the Social
Infrastructure arena in 2002 by getting one of Punjab's largest
Housing Development Licences in the Private Sector for its maiden
colonisation project in Khankot, Amritsar.
It has since completed
the development of six other townships in Amitsar with primary
thrust on high quality infrastructure, best of amenities and
abundance of greenery with lush landscape. All these townships are
along the GT. byepass road in closed proximity of the city centre.
Impact is planning to
launch very soon projects and integrated township in Amritsar,
resort and cottages in Himachal Pradesh and few other exacting new
